You can use Tax-Free Childcare or childcare vouchers to pay for THE Holiday Skate Club and our After-School Club. Follow the steps below exactly, then finish the payment in your portal so your booking is secured.

Step-by-step in LoveAdmin (create your invoice)

1. Sign in to your JoinIn/LoveAdmin account with your email and password.

2. In the left menu, click Shop, then choose The Skate Club to open our shop.

3. Reminder, we accept Tax-Free Childcare or childcare vouchers for After-School Skate Clubs and THE Holiday Skate Club. Pick the club you want. If you check out an after-school enquiry, we will email you the next step for enrolment.

4. Select your date. This page also shows the venue and price.

5. When asked “Paying with vouchers”, choose Yes (or No if you are not using a scheme), then Add to basket.

5. Open your Basket (top right).

6. In your Basket, make sure it shows Yes next to “paying with Childcare Vouchers”. If it does not, change it here before checkout.

7. Proceed to checkout. Complete the five quick steps, then click the green Pay now button. This does not charge your card; it creates your invoice so you can pay via your scheme.

Finish the payment in your portal (this secures your place)

After you’ve clicked Pay now, please complete one of the following:

• Paying with Tax-Free Childcare (GOV.UK): log in to your Tax-Free Childcare account, select The Skate Club, and send the exact invoice amount shown in LoveAdmin.
  
• Paying with childcare vouchers (employer scheme): log in to your voucher provider portal, choose The Skate Club, and send the exact invoice amount shown in LoveAdmin.
  

Payment reference for both: include your child’s full name and your LoveAdmin invoice or booking number so we can match it quickly.

Timing: payments are not instant; they usually clear the same day or the next working day. We will mark your booking Paid as soon as funds arrive.

Important: your booking isn’t secure until the payment has been made in your portal and received by us. Please do not leave a gap after checkout, it’s easy to forget and places can be released.

If you cannot find The Skate Club in your Tax-Free Childcare or voucher portal, email us and we will share the exact provider details those portals use. If your payment is already on the way, tell us the date sent and the reference you used and we will hold your child’s place while it clears.
